- In the case of technical errors or platform malfunction that causes your listing to not appear correctly, you may request an adjustment or re-submission, but no refunds will be given.
b) Membership Fees
- Premium membership fees paid for enhanced services such as exclusive listings or additional visibility are non-refundable once the membership is activated.
- If you cancel your membership before the subscription period ends, you will not be entitled to any refund for the unused portion of the membership.
c) Promotions and Special Offers
- Any promotional deals, discounts, or special offers on listings or memberships are non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. Processing Errors
If a payment processing error occurs (e.g., double billing, incorrect amounts charged), we will investigate and, if the error is verified, issue a full refund for the overcharge.
